There’s plenty of flexibility and it’s easy to get involved, you can even start your journey as an Assistant Referee.
You can just turn up to your nearest club and get the grassroots skills for calling the game.

If it’s your first year you’ll spend time in a team of other new referees learning the tricks of the trade and developing your knowledge.
Then when you become a referee you’ll be assigned a coach who will work with you to develop your game. Choose when to attend the training sessions and feel free to contact your coach whenever you have questions.
